Not Half Bad Bakehouse™ is a cottage food home bakery in the Spirit of Brandtjen Farms neighborhood located in Lakeville, MN.
Our mission is to create plant-based versions of our favorite baked goods for everyone to enjoy and feel better about indulging in.
All of our delicious small batch baked goods are made without eggs, dairy or gluten!
